Volunteer Opportunities
The Old School Hall Management Committee is a registered charity that looks after The Old School Community Centre, which we lease from Winterton Town Council. We invite you to explore the vibrant activities and events we host, designed to bring together individuals of all ages and backgrounds. From art classes to community meetings, there is something for everyone at The Old School Hall. Join us in our mission to foster a sense of belonging and togetherness within our community. Your involvement, whether as a volunteer, attendee, or supporter, is invaluable in helping us create a welcoming space for all.
Event Coordinator
Help coordinate and manage logistics for community events, and fundraising activities.
Community Outreach
Engage with local community members to promote events.
Hospitality
Welcome and assist guests at events. Ideal for friendly individuals with a passion for hospitality.
Logistics Support
Assist in the setup and breakdown of events at the Old School Hall and Winterton Church.
Fundraising
Help organise and run fundraising activities to support the running of the Old School Hall.
Vacant Trustee Roles
The Management Committee consists of trustees who are all volunteers, we are always welcoming new members to share responsibilities. Trustees do not have any financial commitment, the only commitment is time and passion to make The Old School Hall the best Community Centre it can be.

Social Media Officer
Create and manage content for our social media platforms.
Health and Safety Officer
Support the wellbeing of guests and volunteers at our community events.
Volunteer Coordinator
Recruit and manage volunteers for various events.
Secretary
Responsible for arranging user group meetings, trustee meetings and the AGM. The secretary would be responsible for producing the agendas and taking minutes etc. Attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
Treasurer
Help deal with the general finance running of the charity, including sending out monthly invoices checking payments to suppliers.
